As the product designer, I led the brand’s design direction from the ground up, starting with creating the complete branding guidelines that defined the visual and strategic identity.
I initiated the discovery phase by conducting competitor analysis, developing personas, and aligning the product vision with user needs.
In the Alpha phase, I designed all custom illustrations, established the design system, and delivered the MVP.
In the Beta phase, I transitioned into team-building and execution, hiring a business analyst, UI/UX designers, and engineers to support deeper iterations. Together, we continuously improved the product, enhancing and refining each new version across both the iOS and Android applications.
As the product matured, I focused on strengthening the overall product experience by introducing structured feedback loops, usability testing sessions, and data-driven design decisions. This involved evaluating real user behavior, identifying friction points, and prioritizing improvements with the product and engineering teams. I refined core flows, optimized performance bottlenecks, and ensured design consistency across the growing feature set. In parallel, I worked closely with stakeholders to align the product roadmap with user needs and long-term business goals, ultimately guiding the product toward a more stable, scalable, and user-centered experience.
