Redefining Digital Banking Through Secure chat prompting Interaction
I mapped natural chat behaviors and designed an intent-aware system with built-in privacy. Traditional UI was replaced by conversational flows, contextual prompts, and invisible guardrails, balancing encryption, data rules, and usability from the start.

Validating Zero-UI Through Real-World User Testing
I delivered a natural, human, and secure banking experience through iterative improvements, enabling chat and voice control with the trust of traditional banking, but far faster and simpler.
